Mocktail Party!!!!

Here are a couple of pictures of my Mocktail Party. It was crazy fun! I am totally having another one. Probably next semester. Dressing up will be required next time though. Mark and Alaina and I dressed up fancy. My roommates were helpful and also dressed up to help the ambiance. Everyone was required to have a name tag with a name that was not truly their own. People were very creative in coming up with new names. The bathroom was turned into an Art Gallery. Our featured artist was Alaina Lambert. (The artwork is still up. ) We used the cups from my collection to "drink" our "mocktails."

Officially Declared!

I just want you all to know that I am a Biology major! I got the papers signed today. :) I am preparing to go to Pharmacy School in the future. It feels great to finally have made a decision, and also to have the university stop breathing down my neck. Thanks for all your support!!!! I love you guys!

Swing Team!!

I tried out for swing team last weekend. I requested to be on B team, because my sweetheart is the coach. I got my wish. It turns out that I got the highest score at tryouts, but since I requested to be on Swing Set (that's what B team is called) that's what I got. I'm excited to be on a team with my Honey and I hope that my dancing will improve. We don't do aerials, so hopefully my backside will be less sore this year. We only practice once a week, so that will fit well with my crazy school schedule. We perform, but we never compete, so it's the team with all the fun and no pressure. I'm looking forward to learning new things and getting to know the team members.

A small note aside from team. I love my new apartment. I love living with Kim and Emma again, and I love my new roomie Kristina (I'll do a post on her soon). I love having my sister be just down the street from me. I love being an AGGIE!!!

Meet Mark Lindsay

I want you all to meet Mark. He is my boyfriend. We have been in a relationship since August 4th. He is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'8" and left-handed. I met him in Swing Club. He is a very good dancer. He likes to sing. In fact, he serenades me. :) He served a mission in Texas and is very spiritual. He is from Mendon, and I can't wait for school to start so that I can see him all the time. He is an absolute sweetheart.

New Boyfriend

I got a new boyfriend on July 1st. His name is Liam Maxwell Townsend. He's the perfect cuddle buddy. He doesn't ever yell at me and he always does what I want to do. I just love to kiss him. Sigh. He's so perfect.

Purple Party!

Ok. So we didn't have a party, but it's really hard to get us all together. I slaved for hours to make shirts for all my sisters. On Father's Day, I told all my sisters to wear them (unfortunately my sister-in-law Marian couldn't make it and we missed her). And we took some pictures. I'm hoping to add some more with Marian in them in the near future. Enjoy.

Heather Johnson

This is going to be a very emotional post for me to write. My roommate Heather has been called by the Lord to go and serve a mission in Hungary for the next 18 months. She has always been such a great support to me. I'm a little scared to live without her, because she's been there my whole college career thus far. She has such spiritual strength and such wisdom. We could sit, just her and I and talk for three hours straight about anything. I think she knew me better than I knew myself. She was also lots of fun. I'm really going to miss her. My heart is already aching a bit.
